You've always believed you're capable. You just needed to find someone that values your culture and walks beside you to help you achieve your goals.

At UNE, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students are guided by a small community of experts throughout their study. This means support right from the start – flexible entry and study preparation – and throughout your degree, with your subjects and career pathways. All with a team that respects and values culture.

At Oorala Aboriginal Centre we put the wellbeing and success of Koori students and their communities first: your culture, your community and our partnership.

That is why at Oorala we have two university entry programs that have been specially designed to build your skills and confidence to succeed at university.

Direct Entry to UNE (Internal Selection Program)

The Oorala Internal Selection Program (ISP) is a one day assessment program designed for Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders with professional work or community experience and any formal qualifications.

Participants will be offered a place in an undergraduate degree* or the TRACKS pathway program.

The team at Oorala will work beside you throughout the course to help develop your confidence and academic skills. You will also have an opportunity to study an undergraduate unit in your area of interest that may help fast track your degree.

TRACKS is available to study online and best of all, it is free.
